Flow Diversion Schemes for Pumping Stations PS31 and PS5 – C785

The project comprises the construction of deep interceptor trunk/main sewers for diversion of flow from pumping stations PS 31, PS 5, PS 4, Diwan Amiri and Ministry of Interior (MOI). The interceptor sewer commences at pumping station PS 31 runs along Al Jazeera Street crossing Al Khaleej Street to run along Al Ahmadi Street towards Al Firdows Street then northwards along Muslim Bin Aqeel Street eastwards along Palestine Street then northwards to Rayyan Road where it enters the land allocated for the New Grand Doha Park. The sewer trunk then continues in the North – Eastern direction parallel to Majles – Al-Taawon Street inside New Grand Doha Park until it intersects with the proposedsewer main running along Mohammed Bin Thani Street from pumping Station PS 15/1 and continues along the Majles – Al- Taawon Street to discharge into the exiting Manhole N25/18 near the Ludaihi (Orxy) Roundabout.
