Industrial Area Sewerage Area Phase 4 – CP 505/2

The Project comprises the construction of new sewers to extend the sewerage network in the Industrial Area of Doha, The Industrial Area is located in QARS Zone 57, west of Doha and south of the Salwa Road.

The works comprise the following:

Construction of approximately 32,289 metres of sewers ranging from 200mm to 600mm diameter in trench.
Construction of approximately 3,748m of sewers in micro-tunnel of nominal bore 300mm, 400mm and 600mm.
Construction of approximately 725 GRP lined manholes, 64 of which will be located in shafts used for micro-tunnel sewer installation.
Construction of approximately 996 lateral connections including detailed survey of each property and sampling of effluent.
Testing of effluent samples by an approved laboratory (Qatar University).
Includes testing, commissioning and maintenance of whole works.
